I’m working on a programme for Channel 4 on palliative care. We want to know about patients’ and carers’ hopes and anxieties when faced with a potentially life-threatening illness.
If you have thoughts about the care you or a relative is receiving, or issues like pain management, choices around future care, general support or lack of it, shortcomings regarding continuity of care, or any other related concerns, we’d like to hear from you.
