Hi I am a 22 yr old female. I had CIU at an early age but it's resurfaced 6 months ago. I take numerous medicines every day non of which have much effect. I also have pressure urticaria which causes constant pain especially in my hands.
I was wondering how other people with CIU cope at work especially. Some mornings I'm slower at getting ready and some days I can't go to work because of angioedema across my eyes and mouth.
Sometimes I just cannot concentrate at work at all because I can't stop thinking about being itchy. When I go through a bad spell of it I get very depressed and act a little OCPD, being snappy, getting angry if things don't "feel right".
I would like to know how other sufferers get through their day and if there are any other conditions that CIU may be linked to.
