At healthtalkonline we are currently looking for volunteers to be interviewed on these subjects:
Life changing injuries in London
Healthtalkonline has been funded by the City Bridge Trust, a London based charity, to create a new website about life-changing injuries. If you have had an injury or an accident that has changed your life, we would love to hear from you. Your story will be used to help people who have recently been injured and their families.
Taking part involves an interview at your home or another location convenient for you. You will be invited to talk about your experiences of injury, treatment and rehabilitation, and the impact on the rest of your life (e.g. finances, work, family, relationships, travel).

Atrial Fibrillation
Do you suffer from Atrial Fibrillation? If so we’d like to hear from you. Healthtalkonline is working on a project on Atrial Fibrillation funded by Georgina Craig Associates - a social enterprise that works with the NHS to make care more patient-centred. The data will be used initially as a basis for a programme to support NHS clinical commissioning groups make experience-led commissioning decisions, and, subject to further funding, to create a new heatlhtalkonline website about what it is like living with Atrial Fibrillation. We would like to hear from people who would be interested in telling us their story.

Asthma
Do you suffer from asthma? Whether you’ve had it since childhood, or were diagnosed later in life we’d like to hear from you. Healthtalkonline is creating a new website about what it’s like living with asthma and we would like to hear from people who would be interested in telling us their story.

Patients Experiences of Penile Cancer
Have you been treated for penile cancer? Has your husband or partner experienced penile cancer? Do you have links into an organisation which works with men who have been diagnosed with penile cancer? If the answer to any of these questions is yes we would like to hear from you.

We are curently recruiting for people who care for someone with Multiple Sclerosis, either a family member or friend. People have different experiences of giving up smoking from people who can quit over night to people who try for many years to stop. Conditions which threaten women's lives in pregnancy and childbirth.
We are recruiting for a new module on obstetric complications and are interested in hearing from women who have experienced life-threatening conditions in pregnancy, childbirth or the immediate post-natal period. Conditions might include haemorrhage, pre-eclampsia or septicaemia. Although rare, "near-miss events" can have severe consequences for women, their babies and families.
We are conducting a study into the experiences and long term follow up needs of these women and their families to develop teaching materials and a new module for Healthtalkonline and are interested in hearing from women or their families throughout 2011.
