Researchers

Dr Louise Locock
Has an M Phil in social policy from the University of Oxford and a PhD from the London School of Economics. She has worked in health services research for the last ten years.
Ghazala Mir
Helped with recruitment and conducted some of the interviews. She is a qualitative researcher from a community development background. Her research areas include the healthcare and health of ethnic minority communities.
Linda Rozmovits

Conducted some of the interviews. Linda is a cultural historian. She taught for nine years at the University of East London before joining the Health Experiences Research Group, Department of Primary Health Care, University of Oxford in 2001. She is now an independent social research consultant.
