Exclusively breastfeeding twins with a toddler in the house. First child almost rejected the breast at three months. Mother's comfort (cushions essential) and positioning the baby/babies at the breast important.

Baby wouldn't latch on so fed expressed breastmilk through a syringe for first three days. Delaying return to work to spend more time with baby.
