About seven months my life came crashing down after I suffered a stroke. Its completely parazlyed my right side and I also lost my speech. After weeks in hospital they finally found the problem, I had a hole in my heart since birth and this caused my stroke. Since then I have the hole repaired but suffered another stroke which is nothing to do with the original one. I am too scared too go back to the gym, go for a walk, work etc just in case I have another. I am now out of hospital but am suffering from anxiety and my family is suffering too. My wife and 3 kids are the brunt of my anger and I feel sorry for them because all they do is care. Its hard to deal with a stroke at any point of your life, but at 30 my whole life was in front of me and it feels like its been taken away in some senses.
