Explains that he found a lump while having a bath.
Testicular cancer (teratoma and seminoma) diagnosed in 1998. Orchidectomy, and active monitoring (surveillance). In December 1999 secondary abdominal tumour found, followed by 3 months chemotherapy (each cycle 3 days in hospital followed by 2 weeks at home), and then in April 2000 major surgery to remove remains of an abdominal tumour.

Explains that he first found a lump above his collar bone.
A lump was first found in the neck in 2000. After a biopsy, testicular cancer (teratoma) was diagnosed, and other secondary tumours found in lungs and abdomen; 5 cycles of chemotherapy (each cycle over 3 weeks, with 3 days in hospital); then surgery- biopsy of an abdominal tumour - found to be dead tissue.

Explains that the cancer was first discovered as a lump in his leg.
In 1996, a lump was found at top of one leg. A biopsy of the lump led to a diagnosis of testicular cancer (seminoma). Chemotherapy for three months. Had 4 days in hospital for each cycle of chemotherapy.

Testicular cancer (seminoma) diagnosed in 2001; orchidectomy. No evidence of secondary tumours; one treatment of chemotherapy (only half an hour) to prevent recurrence.
