Orchidectomy and 4 cycles of chemotherapy (each cycle three weeks, 1 week in hospital and 2 home), followed by 5 weeks radiotherapy (5 treatments per week). Then surgery to remove abdominal tumour (dead tissue), the appendix and malignant cells near to the appendix.
