Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma was diagnosed in 2001 after persistent itching and a cough. The tumour responded poorly to treatment and it took several chemotherapies, a stem cell transplant and radiotherapy to achieve remission.

Diagnosed with low grade follicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2001 following a biopsy of a lesion in her eye. Treatment was radiotherapy to the eye for 6 weeks. Two years later an enlarged lymph node was removed from her groin.

Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma diagnosed in 1997 treated with chemotherapy (CHOP). First recurrence treated with high dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplant. Second recurrence treated with intensive chemotherapy and rituximab.
