Diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer April 2002, followed by chemotherapy, and then lobectomy. In October 2002 metastases in the brain, treated with radiotherapy (died in February 2003).

Diagnosed with lung cancer in 2001. Lobectomy (two lobes of lung removed) in 2001, followed by chemotherapy, and radiotherapy (died in April 2003).

Doris developed a cough and went to the doctor. A scan revealed a shadow on both her lungs, which turned out to be adenocarcinoma. She had part of her right lung removed by video assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) and has been taking Gefitinib.
