Basically a family lost hubbys dad 79yr old diagnosed with this 2 weeks ago and sent home from hospital as too late to cure. None of us know what to expect or when or what to be aware of. He has had some good days but yesterday was a bad one, very down and giving up. His wife seems to pod along and getting herself down too. He doesnt want to get up and stays in bed all day, but chatting/sleeping. Lost a stone in 10 days, nearly lost his voice completely and really just waiting for the end. What comes next and silly question, but how do we know when the end is imminent.
